I understand that:

I will get 95.5% of my deposit back if I cancel the reservation no later that 4 weeks before pick-up date: Any deposit payment made by credit card that needs to be refunded will be subjected to a 4.5% withholding to cover credit card processor fees.

 I will get only50% of my deposit back if I cancel 2-4 weeks before pick-up date.
There is NO REFUND for cancellation within 2 weeks of pick-up date, however a credit will be applied toward a future rental, based on availability, valid for use up to 12 months from cancellation date.
